Application #1: Dropbox and Self-Introduction                            /50 Pts

Write a Self-Introduction and Share Files on Dropbox

Step 1: Click here: Dropbox

Step 2: Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password for your Dropbox account.  Check the box that says "I agree to Dropbox Terms," and click "Create account."

Step 3: When “Opening Dropbox 2.0.6.exe” Box opens click “Cancel”

Step 4: Next click “Dropbox” in the upper left corner. 

Step 5: Next click “Sharing” on the left (RAINBOW)…

Step 6: Next click “New shared folder”…

Step 7: Next click “Send email”…

Step 8: Check your AsiaUniversity e-mail…

Step 9: Open the e-mail from Dropbox…

Step 10: In your e-mail click “Verify your e-mail”…

Step 11: Next click “Done”…

Step 12: Next click “Sharing” on the left (RAINBOW)…

Step 13: Next click “New shared folder”…

Step 14: Name your folder “CommN_YOURFirstName_YOURLastName” 

Step 15: Click “Next”…

Step 16: Type in Jay’s e-mail address yakpaoro@gmail.com
 

Step 17: Click "Share folder"…

Step 18: Click the start icon...

Step 18: Open a Word Document..
 

Step 19: Write a self-introduction about yourself (Jay’s Sample). Minimum of 12 SENTENCES! Insert a picture of you.

Step20: Click “Save As” and name your file “Self-Introduction_YourFirstName_YourLastName”.

Step 21:  Upload “Self-Introduction_YourFirstName_YourLastName” to our shared Dropbox Folder “CommN_YOURFirstName_YOURLastName”.

Note: I do not have access to any work you do not upload to the shared folder, so make sure all assignments are uploaded to the CommN_Firstname_Lastname folder that you shared with me on Dropbox.com.
